EMCOSTAINER-AUTO (automatic slide stainers AFOMK8-G/V-01) – the most widely used in laboratories when doing stains of the Romanovsky type: Pappenheim's stains , Leishman's stains, etc. We have also implemented such sophisticated techniques as Gram's stain and modified Papanicolaou stain (Pap test). The apparatuses can be used to implement a wide range of staining techniques in haematology, cytology, microbiology and histology.

Batch processing of slides – the slides are accommodated in special-purpose slide holders:
25 slides per holder – for AUTOMATIC SLIDE STAINER AFOMK8-G-01 and 50 slides per holder – for AFOMK8-B-01 apparatuses.
High productivity – when staining haematological smears of the Pappenheim type (Romanovsky's stain),
the productivity of the apparatuses is 250 slides per hour for AFOMK8-G-01 and 500 slides per hour for automatic
slide stainers AFOMK8-V-01, respectively.
This is an open system – staining kits of any manufacturer can be used with these apparatuses.
Safety – the working chamber is closed, which prevents the harmful substances from getting into the laboratory air.
Affordability – the prices for these automatic slide stainers are 2-2,5 times lower than the prices for their foreign counterparts.
For example, when performing the May-Grunwald-Giemsa staining of 1000 slides and using Diakhim-GemiStain-M-G stain
(produced by NPF "Abris+", Russia), the approximate cost of staining one smear is ~ 1 rouble (RUB).
Flexible configuration – memory for 30 staining techniques, capability to program up to 19 technological operations in
the staining program and up to fifty names of process liquids (stains, fixatives, buffer liquids, etc.).
Entering of the digital and alphanumeric information in the Russian and English languages with the help of a graphical touch-sensitive screen.
Thorough automation – the apparatus autonomously determines the appearance of a slide holder for staining, recognizes
the presence of staining vessels, checks the correctness of configuration of the programmed staining technique, tests the condition
of the systems, reminds of the depletion of the process liquid resources, gives guiding suggestions upon request.
